Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. SILIVOW™ rings are made to order, and once production has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we need to change, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with your order.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges.
SILIVOW™ currently offers complimentary worldwide shipping as described in our Shipping Policy.
Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern with respect to that promotion.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SILIVOW™ rings are made to order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current production timelines, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and international customs and duties information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video, audio, designs, product photography, and other content, are owned by SILIVOW™, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
